🦉🌲 “Footprints on the Trail”

🦉🌲 “Footprints on the Trail”

— A Song‑Style Prayer for Hooty & Hoot

(Original & New)

Verse 1
Lord, we’re walking through the forest,
Down a winding, whispering trail;
Sometimes our steps feel steady,
Sometimes our courage feels frail.
But when the shadows gather
And our little hearts grow pale—
We look behind and notice
Just one set on the trail.

Chorus
You carried us, You carried us,
When our wings were tired and small;
Your footprints on the trail, O Lord,
Show You never let us fall.
You carried us, You carried us,
Through the quiet and the gale;
Your love is in the footprints
On our forest‑wandering trail.

Verse 2
When the map blows from our feathers,
When the path is hard to see,
When we slip on mossy branches
Or get tangled in a tree—
You lift us with Your kindness,
You steady every fear;
Your footprints walk before us
To show that You are near.

Chorus
You carried us, You carried us,
When our wings were tired and small;
Your footprints on the trail, O Lord,
Show You never let us fall.
You carried us, You carried us,
Through the quiet and the gale;
Your love is in the footprints
On our forest‑wandering trail.

Bridge
And when we meet another
Who feels lost along the way,
Let our story be a lantern
That lights their weary day.
May they see Your faithful footsteps
And know Your love is true—
For every trail we wander
Leads safely back to You.

Final Chorus
You carried us, You carried us,
When our wings were tired and small;
Your footprints on the trail, O Lord,
Show You never let us fall.
You carried us, You carried us,
Through the quiet and the gale;
Your love is in the footprints
On our forest‑wandering trail.

"WHEREVER YOU ARE" Song

This Photo Is Just for This Post Only

🌟 WHEREVER YOU ARE

Full Song

Verse 1

When the morning light speaks softly
And the world feels fresh and new,
When your steps are just beginning
And His mercies shine on you —
Lift your heart in quiet worship,
Let His love be what you choose.
Wherever you are, whatever you do,
Be a blessing to God.

Chorus

Wherever you are, whatever you do,
Let His kindness and His glory shine through.
In the small things, in the big things too —
Be a blessing to God in all you do.
Wherever you are, whatever you do,
Be a blessing to God.

Verse 2

When the road becomes uncertain
And the path is hard to see,
When the weight you carry lingers
And you fall down to your knees —
He is near you in the shadows,
He will guide and carry you.
Wherever you are, whatever you do,
Be a blessing to God.

Chorus

Wherever you are, whatever you do,
Let His kindness and His glory shine through.
In the small things, in the big things too —
Be a blessing to God in all you do.
Wherever you are, whatever you do,
Be a blessing to God.

Bridge of Praise

Praise the Lord in morning light,
Praise the Lord — get your heart right.
Praise the Lord through joy and tears,
Praise the Lord through all your years.
Praise the Lord in everything —
Let every breath His glory sing.

Final Chorus

Wherever you are, whatever you do,
Let His kindness and His glory shine through.
In the quiet and the crowded too —
Be a blessing to God in all you do.
Wherever you are, whatever you do,
Be a blessing to God.

Hooty and Hoot First Flight

🌲 Hooty Visits the Reserve — Hoot’s First Flight Home

(A story-song moment in Pine Hollow Reserve)

The morning of Hoot’s first real flight had finally arrived.

The boy, Ethan Parker — visited Hoot nearly every day, who fed him, prayed with him, and whispered courage into his little heart — stood at the edge of the Reserve with mist curling around his shoes. He wasn’t allowed to go into the training glen, but he could watch from the fence… and he did, every single day. Ethan was happy for his feathered friend, who had completely recovered from his injury. Ethan could always visit with Hooty and Hoot again, on the other side of the reserve in Pine Hollow Forest.

Today, though, felt different.

Hooty swooped in from the east, wings wide and strong, landing beside the boy with a soft whuff.

“You came for him,” the boy whispered.

Hooty nodded. “A first flight is never forgotten.”

Across the clearing, little Hoot fluttered onto the launch branch — nervous, excited, trembling just a little. When he saw his uncle, his whole face lit up.

“Uncle Hooty! You’re here!”

“Right beside you,” Hooty said, stepping onto the branch. “Your first flight home… We’ll take it together.”

The boy pressed his hands to his heart as the two owls leaned forward, wings opening in perfect unison. The sun broke through the clouds, scattering gold across the pond. The Reserve Keeper rang the tiny brass bell.

It was time.

Hooty whispered Psalm 91:4 under his breath —
“He will cover you with His feathers…”

And with one brave leap, Hoot lifted into the air —
wobbly at first, then steady, then soaring.

Hooty flew beside him, guiding, guarding, gliding with him all the way toward Pine Hollow.

The boy watched them disappear into the sunlight, whispering,
“You did it, Hoot… you really did.”

And somewhere above the treetops, a new song began to form.

🎵 “Learning as I Go”

(Hoot’s First‑Flight Song)

Verse 1
I’m stretching out my wings today,
The sky is calling me…
I’m learning how to trust the wind,
And who I’m meant to be.
Uncle Hooty’s flying close,
He knows just where to go…
I’m finding strength with every flap,
I’m learning as I go.

Chorus
🎶 Learning as I go,
Higher with each try.
Finding courage in the breeze,
And sunlight in the sky.
With Hooty by my side,
There’s so much more to know…
I’m growing, I’m soaring,
I’m learning as I go. 🎶

Verse 2
The boy who loved me every day
Is cheering from below…
He helped me find my bravery
More than he’ll ever know.
The forest looks so different now,
From up here in the glow…
My heart is beating strong and free,
I’m learning as I go.

Bridge
Sometimes the wind is gentle,
Sometimes it’s wild and wide…
But I can face the changing skies
With Hooty as my guide.
And God is watching over me,
His feathers soft and low…
He keeps me safe in every flight,
I’m learning as I go.

Final Chorus
🎶 Learning as I go,
Higher with each try.
Finding courage in the breeze,
And sunlight in the sky.
With Hooty by my side,
There’s so much more to know…
I’m growing, I’m soaring,
I’m learning as I go. 🎶

Ending Whisper
One flap at a time…
All the way home.

Beatitude Song or Sermon: Living Within His Holy Ways

I'm Here

Suggestion: The Bridge That Saved Us
Read Mathew 5

“Blessed are the poor in spirit: for their's is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted. Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth. Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled. Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy. Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God. Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God. Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for their's is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you. Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men. Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭5‬:‭3‬-‭16‬ ‭KJV

There's A Bridge To Jesus

Please Do Not Use The Pictures Anywhere Else Online

By faith We take the bridge of grace, for our Saviour made a way.
He died that we could be forgiven, so we could live in heaven.

  “The Bridge That Saved Us”

🎬 Scene:

A puppet stage with a painted backdrop of the New River Gorge Bridge, river below, and hills on either side. A sign reads: “Live from Almost Heaven!”

🗣️ Script Highlights

🎤 Ralph the Reporter:

“Welcome, folks! I’m Ralph the Reporter, and today we’re crossing over into stories of rescue, reunion, and raccoon heroics! Let’s start with Granny Grace—Granny, what was life like before the bridge?”

🐢 Granny Grace:

“Well, Ralph, back then winter roads were slipperier than a banana peel at a penguin party. We didn’t travel unless it was life or death. And sometimes… it was.”

🎤 Ralph:

“Yikes! And now?”

🐢 Granny Grace:

“Now I visit my grandkids, go to church, and even get pizza in a snowstorm. That bridge gave us back our winters.”

🦝 Richie Raccoon:

“One night, I saw a car parked on the bridge. Fog everywhere. I felt something was wrong. I ran. I found a man ready to jump. I called for help. Deputies came. We saved him.”

🎤 Ralph:

“Richie, you’re a hero!”

🦝 Richie:

“Nah. I was just on the bridge. The real hero? The one who built it.”

🐑 Lena the Lamb:

“I was rafting. We flipped. I got swept away. I thought I was gone. But someone grabbed me. I didn’t even see his face.”

🦁 Pastor Paws:

“That’s how grace works, Lena. You don’t always see it coming. But it never lets go.”

🌉 Voice of the Bridge (Jesus):

“I am the bridge. I span the chasm between fear and freedom. Between danger and delight. Between death and life. Cross over. I will carry you.”

🎤 Ralph (closing):

“Well folks, we’ve heard it all—from icy roads to river rescues. But one thing’s clear: this bridge isn’t just steel and stone. It’s a symbol. A sermon. A Savior.”

🎶 Optional Ending Song (Group):

🎵 “Jesus is the Bridge, strong and wide, He carries us to the other side. From fear to faith, from sin to save, He holds us close, When we believe and trust in Him and his holy ways.” 🎵

🎶 Autumn Prayer - Song

"Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled."
Matthew 5:6 (KJV)

🎶 Autumn Prayer

Verse 1

The leaves fall soft with peaceful grace,

Each one a prayer in time and space.

The morning air is crisp and true,

And all I want is more of You.

Pre-Chorus I’ve tasted joy, I’ve walked through pain, But only You can fill again.

Chorus Bless me now, oh Savior, hear my autumn prayer, Bounty I consider is knowing You are there. Not gold, not grain, not earthly store— But hunger met in knowing more. Bless me now, oh Savior, hear my autumn prayer.

Verse 2

My heart thirsteth for God—I long to know Him more,

Like rivers in the desert, I seek His open door.

The world may offer plenty, but none of it will do,

For all I truly treasure is found in knowing You.

Bridge Let righteousness rise like the morning sun, Let mercy shine  till the day is done. I lift my heart, I lift your praise— In Jesus name and Holy ways.

Final Chorus Bless me now, oh Savior, hear my autumn prayer, Bounty I consider is knowing You are there. Not gold, not grain, not earthly store— But hunger met in knowing more. Bless me now, oh Savior, hear my autumn prayer.

Outro (spoken or sung softly) The leaves may fall, the seasons change, But You remain—my heart’s true range. Bless me now… oh Savior… hear my autumn prayer.

🎶 Autumn Prayer Final Verse & Outro

Verse 3

The leaves may fall, the seasons change,

But You remain—my strength, my aim.

Bless me now… Sweet Jesus… hear my autumn prayer,

With gratitude and love I lift Your holy name.

Final Chorus (reprise) Bless me now, oh Savior, hear my autumn prayer, Bounty I consider is knowing You are there. Not gold, not grain, not earthly store— But hunger met in knowing more. Bless me now, oh Savior, hear my autumn prayer.

Orchestral Outro (spoken or sung softly) You are my sunrise, my steady flame, My heart’s desire, my soul’s acclaim. Bless me now… Dear Jesus… hear my autumn prayer.

" Thank you God for your provision, your love and your light"

Here’s a poetic and vivid description of a fall painting that brings Matthew 5:6 to life through color, symbolism, and spiritual longing:

🍂 A Painting of Hunger and Hope — Inspired by Matthew 5:6

The leaves on the trees are beautifully greenish blue. They are slowly changing to a bright new hue—amber, gold, and crimson—like hearts awakening to truth. Each leaf seems to whisper a longing, a quiet ache for something more. The branches stretch upward, not in surrender, but in yearning.

A winding path cuts through the forest floor, dappled with light and shadow. It leads toward a distant hill where the sun is rising, casting warm rays across the sky. The sunrise is not just light—it’s promise. The word Righteousness is etched into the path itself, glowing faintly as if lit from within.

To the left of the path, a child kneels beside a stream, cupping water in their hands. Their face is turned upward, eyes closed, lips parted—not in speech, but in thirst. The water sparkles as it pours through their fingers, yet somehow, they are not disappointed. They are being filled.

On the right, an older figure holds a bowl—empty, but expectant. Above them, a gentle hand reaches down from the clouds, pouring golden light into the bowl. It’s not food, not drink, but something deeper. Truth. Presence. Peace. The bowl glows as it receives what the world cannot give.

Scattered throughout the scene are symbols of hunger and thirst: a loaf resting on a stone, a cup nestled in fallen leaves, a vine curling around a tree trunk. Each one untouched, yet radiant—waiting for the soul that seeks.

In the sky, soft clouds drift like prayers. One cloud forms the shape of a heart, pierced by light. Another resembles a dove in flight. The heavens are not distant—they are leaning in, ready to respond.

At the bottom of the painting, in elegant script, the verse is written: “Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.” The words shimmer slightly, as if alive—inviting the viewer to step into the scene, to walk the path, to lift their bowl.

This is not just a painting. It is a parable in color. A visual prayer. A reminder that the deepest hunger is holy, and the truest thirst leads to God. In every leaf, every shadow, every sunrise, the promise remains: You will be filled.

In His Steps of Grace I Will Not Fall - Coloring Page - Devotion

Psalm 37:23 The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord: and he delighteth in his way.

 Devotion: Steps of Grace

Every journey begins with a step. And when those steps are guided by grace, even the rocky paths become holy ground. God doesn’t just point us in the right direction—He walks with us, steadying our stride, whispering truth with every footprint. His path isn’t always easy, but it’s always good.

To stay in His steps is to trust the pace of heaven. It means slowing down when we want to rush, standing still when we want to run, and moving forward when fear says “freeze.” Grace doesn’t push—it invites. It doesn’t demand—it delights. And when we walk in grace, we walk in rhythm with the heart of God.

But oh, how tempting it is to wander. The world offers shortcuts, shiny distractions, and paths paved with pride. Yet every detour away from God’s steps leads to weariness. The farther we stray, the heavier our hearts become. Grace calls us back—not with shame, but with a gentle “Come home.”

Staying in His steps means choosing obedience over impulse, faith over fear, and truth over trend. It’s not about perfection—it’s about direction. Even if we stumble, grace catches us. Even if we pause, grace waits. Even if we forget, grace remembers. His path is patient, and His presence is near.

And here’s the sweetest truth: God doesn’t just order our steps—He delights in them. He celebrates every act of trust, every moment of surrender, every quiet yes. Your walk with Him is not a checklist—it’s a love story. One step at a time, He writes redemption into your journey.

If you’ve never taken that first step with Jesus, today is the perfect day. Salvation is not earned—it’s received. It begins with the ABCs:

  • Admit you are a sinner (Romans 3:23)

  • Believe Jesus died and rose again for you (Romans 10:9)

  • Confess Him as Lord and call on His name (Romans 10:13)

That’s the first step of grace—and it leads to eternal life.

So walk with Him. Stay close. Let grace guide your feet and love light your way. Because every step with Jesus is a step toward home.

💡 Tip of the Day

When you feel pulled in too many directions, pause and whisper: “Lord, lead my next step.” Grace always answers.

📖 Scripture Recommendation

  • Proverbs 3:6In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

  • Isaiah 30:21…This is the way, walk ye in it…

  • John 10:27My sheep hear my voice… and they follow me.

🙏 Matching Prayer

Lord, I want to walk in Your steps—not just today, but always. Help me resist the urge to wander. Let Your grace guide my feet, Your truth steady my heart, and Your love light my path. I admit my need for You, believe in Your saving power, and confess You as Lord. Lead me, step by step, into the life You’ve written for me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
