Ecclesiastes 5:2 - God Hears What You Say
God wants us to be careful about the things we say.
We should be careful not to say bad things about other people.
We should be careful not to use ugly words.
We should be gentle and not harsh in our speech, but be honest and wise.
Be wise as serpents and harmless as doves.
We should know enough about God's word to answer with his Word.
We should speak with politeness and courtesy.
If you do not have anything good to say it's most likely better to say nothing.
God hears everything we say. We will give an account to him of every idle word.
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.
Keep your tongue from evil and your lips from speaking lies.
