🌿 From Spring to Summer

A Poetic Devotional

Spring begins the story
with soft breezes and tender green,
with promises rising quietly
from places winter once held still.
It is the season of beginnings —
of hope stretching,
of faith awakening,
of life returning in gentle colors.

But God does not stop at beginnings.
He carries us forward.
He leads us onward.
He brings us from the first stirring of hope
into the full warmth of His goodness.

From spring to summer,
God grows what He has planted.

What sprouted in cool mornings
now stands tall in golden light.
What whispered in early breezes
now sings in full, bright chorus.
What began as a small, hidden seed
now becomes strength, beauty, and blessing.

Spring teaches us to hope.
Summer teaches us to trust.

Spring says, “God is doing something new.”
Summer says, “God has brought it into fullness.”

Spring shows the first leaf.
Summer shows the full tree.
Spring gives the promise.
Summer gives the harvest.

And so it is with our hearts.

The Lord who awakens us in spring
is the same Lord who strengthens us in summer.
The God who whispers, “Rise,”
is the God who declares, “Walk in My light.”
The One who begins the work
is faithful to complete it.

From spring to summer,
from hope to fulfillment,
from promise to praise —
God is with us in every season.
