🌊 Devotional Reflection: “Obey First, Overflow Follows”

Peter didn’t expect much when Jesus told him to cast the net again. He’d already tried. He was tired. But obedience opened the floodgates of blessing. The boat overflowed—not just with fish, but with awe, purpose, and a new calling.

Have you ever felt like giving up, but chose to trust God anyway? What happened next?

Prayer:
“Lord, help me to listen when You speak, even when I’m discouraged. Teach me to trust Your timing and Your plan. Fill my heart with faith, and let my life overflow with Your goodness. Amen.”

I cast my net with weary hands,

The night was long, no fish, no plans.

But Jesus spoke — I dared to try,

 And saw the fish come leaping high!
